Interface Design - CR2 BankWorld ATM

Frontend worked with CR2 over a 3-year period to design and develop their new range of feature-rich ATM and Internet Banking interfaces for BankWorld Channel Banking.

The key challenge in designing the BankWorld ATM client was to balance the technical requirements for flexibility and reliability with the commercial need to provide a compelling and visually rich user interface.

BankWorld ATM enables banks to provide personalised ATM screens for individual customers. This can be used to provide targeted promotional material to specific market segments and/or provide a unique look and feel to customer or group of customers. Frontend is also working with CR2 on the next generation of portal based Internet banking.
