Insure.ie is one of Ireland leading online insurance sites providing a range of insurance products including motor, home, health, mortgage protection, etc... Acting as a broker, insure.ie provides consumers low cost insurance that meet their needs by sourcing the best deals available across a number of insurance providers. A key challenge is gathering the information required by all these providers whilst ensuring the process is quick and simple for the consumer. Insure.ie identified a number of problems with the existing website. Having evolved over time there was usability problems, inconsistent navigation, visual clutter, inconsistent use of the brand identity and difficulties in extending the product offering. They commissioned Frontend to redesign their website. Frontend provided insure.ie a user focused design framework including information architecture, navigation design and visual look and feel. We also provided the implementation team with client side templates for integration with the backend system.
