Frontend worked with O2 on the design and development of their online bill management application for Business and Personal customers. Basic functionality such as recent call history, bill payment, payment history and account management is provided to personal customers. However, business customers were also provided with additional reporting tools to meet their extended needs. Data could be exported in excel and PDF format to integrate with internal accounting systems. Frontend conducted extensive user requirement gathering prior to the design and development of the application. We provided full user centred design services including Information architecture, interaction and navigation design, Graphic design, Client side xHTML templates and User testing with representatives of O2’s customer base. |
